Who we are

What we collect and why
When you ask for a booking we collect your name, phone number, email, vehicle registration and details, the service you want, your chosen day and any notes. We use them to deal with your booking, to contact you about it and to do the work. This is our contract with you, or steps you ask us to take before one.
When you sign up for MOT reminders we collect your email and registration, and look up your MOT due date. We use them to send you a confirmation email and reminders 30 days and 7 days before your MOT is due. We only do this if you tick the consent box and confirm by email, and you can withdraw consent at any time with the unsubscribe link in every email.
Who we share it with
We use these providers to run the website and the service (our processors): Cloudflare (hosting and database), Apple iCloud (our diary and email), Google (reviews, and maps if you choose to load them) and the DVLA and DVSA (to look up your vehicle and MOT date from your registration). We do not sell your data.
Videos and maps
TikTok videos and the Google map only load when you tap them, and they may set cookies from TikTok or Google. The rest of the site does not use advertising or tracking cookies, so there is no cookie banner.
How long we keep it
Booking records are deleted after 12 months. Reminder subscriptions are deleted when you unsubscribe, or after 2 years without an MOT date, and unconfirmed sign-ups are deleted after 7 days.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, to object to how we use it or to withdraw consent. Contact us using the details above. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
